The DARE VSR bike which won the prestigious IF award in 2015 has been followed by the MR1s winning Red dot award in 2016. Arguably one of the most important global design awards, Red Dot has been putting its stamp of approval on the best products in various categories since 1954. Some 57 countries participated in 2016 and 41 expert judges were tasked with choosing the best products in terms of design, quality and function. We believe it is due to our tireless work in our  research and development of ever-more aerodynamic and rider-friendly bikes that stands us out from the crowd and we hope to continue  making award-winning bikes in the future.

DARE constantly pursues a better riding experience during our bike development process. However, we also take note of rider safety which is why the MRS1 has reflective decals and an integrated chain catcher to avoid the chain slip. In order to increase rider comfort without any extra weight, at DARE we designed an innovative hollow connection between the top tube and the seat post. Also, in combination with a flexible, blade-shaped seatstay these two design features ensure more shock absorbing capability. Futhermore, integrated internal cable routing combined with  clean lines and aided by Shimano Di2 or Sram /Etap E-shift group, ensures a high-quality setup. Employing the latest MS-HMC carbon fiber tech, this not only creates a lighter frame but also achieves greatl stiffness. Similarly, the asymmetric bottom bracket design has superior stiffness that allows almost 100% pedaling efficiency.
