DARE’s Sustainable Packaging Design

 

 

When packaging design stays an ever-important trend, DARE’s other mission becomes reducing our carbon footprint. We brainstormed ways our packaging could be given a second life and designed with upcycling in focus.

 

 

 

1.Portable Toolbag

The third generation of DARE's toolbag is lightweight and durable, comes with a handle, mesh compartment, and adjustable padded dividers.

 

 

 

 

 

After bike assembly, you may use it for storing electronics, cameras, or anything you need to carry around often. Its versatility and convenience is limitless!

 

 

 

 

 

2. Waterproof Zip Bag

A plastic protection bag might be otherwise thrown away, but inside DARE’s toolbag, containing our bike’s accessories are zip bags made from eco-friendly PP material, and they're perfect for storing your phone, cards, or cash when you're out for a ride!  Not only are these bags waterproof and printed with DARE graphics, you can use your phone screen directly through the plastic, a must-have convenience while cycling!

 

 

 

 

 

3. Reusable Ties

Don't cut off the securing ties on a new DARE frame in your excitement to ride your very own DARE bike! These ties are reusable, and can be useful for organizing cables, or tying together those extra tubes and CO2 inflators, or anchoring anything else you need on your journey.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Printed Coasters 

We've printed special DARE graphics on our cardboard frame boxes, once the bike frame is taken out, cut out the circle shapes from the cardboard to use as coasters for your next cup of coffee!
