PA-AFO is outfitted with the all-round integrated AERO1v, high-performance handlebars that are both lightweight and aerodynamic. AERO1v is available in even Reach80 and Reach68 sizes, ensuring a fit customized to your needs!
[ AFO Material ]
AFO-level frames utilize top-tier materials, including DARE’s exclusively developed graphene resin carbon fiber and Torayca® certified T1100X and M46G carbon tensile, achieving the perfect balance of weight, stiffness, strength, and impact resistance.
[ SLT by Ceramicspeed ]
To provide stable maneuverability throughout an extended ride, we’ve chosen to equip VA-AFO with CeramicSpeed’s SLT headset bearings, which use solid, oil-encapsulated casings that are self-lubricated and fully sealed, so you won’t need to worry about water or dirt affecting their condition.
[ Intergrade Mount Ready ]
The Cockpit design includes a mount that can be locked on directly and is compatible with Garmin/ Wahoo/ Bryton computers and lights, and GoPro cameras. Both integrated designs are aerodynamic and stylish.
[ Aero Bottle Cage ]
Equipped with DARE's new-gen aero bottle cages, V:B1 (seat tube) and V:B2 (down tube), rigorously tested for aerodynamic efficiency, reducing overall drag by 1 to 1.5 watts.
[ One Piece Monocoque ]
We use unibody manufacturing technology that allows smooth transitions between each layer and extension of carbon fiber, decreasing the risk of any wrinkles that could lead to stress points on the frame. Unibody tech also optimizes the overall strength to weight ratio and improves shock absorption in the chain stays and seat stays, qualities essential for comfortable long-distance riding.
[ M:P1 Seat Post ]
The M:P1 seatpost was designed just for PA-AFO, with contours to match the frame’s excellent aerodynamic performance. Made from specially layered carbon fiber for comfort, and paired with a lightweight carbon collar, M:P1 perfectly balances weight, comfort, and aerodynamics.
